Stressed the F#@& out!!!!!!

Last week was the craziest HOH reign this season, and lucky for me, I got to be HOH for it....hooray for me. In case you were wondering, that was meant to be extremely sarcastic!! This game's them of 'Expect the Unexpected' is beyond true to this week. Last week as HOH, I put up Nick (my closest ally in the game because he volunteered) and Jackie (another ally, but she'd been very quiet on me so I did not know what was going on in her head).  With both of them being up, I did not intend on either of them going home. That's right! I had a backdoor plan! Time to really get this game going, right?! Well.....

Anyways, we did the POV comp, and yours truly won for the first time! It was glorious! After having much discussion with Nick about it, he told me to keep him on the block and take down Jackie to keep her in my good graces, and to nominate Meg instead (who was my #1 girl in the house). I did not understand what Nick had up his sleeve until, low and behold, he had a fricken DIAMOND POWER OF VETO!!!!!!! One of the most amazing powers you can have in this game, especially if you are on the block like he was. What I did not realize about the DPOV, is that the person that plays it gets to pick the replacement nominee for the block! AWESOME! No blood on my hands if they go home! And who does he put up? Well the person I told him to of course!!! I told him I wanted Candice out of the house, so I was really confused when he asked me to put up Meg, but I trusted him. Maybe it was a mistake.... Putting Candice on the block was not enough for Nick. NOOOOOO! He had to bring up the exact reason we wanted her on the block in the first place because he was 100% sure she was going home. Well guess what, SHE DIDN'T GO HOME! She used a 'Mystery' power she got in a previous POV comp to switch the votes. Instead of a unanimous vote of 5-0 to get Candice out, it switched to 0-5 to get Meg out.....AGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! The house was a scramble! Candice was the new HOH due to the so eloquent twist from the beginning of the game, and she knows everyone was against her because EVERYONE voted for her! Even her precious alliance member Victoria. Ouch! Well....not everyone voted for her. See as HOH, I did not get to cast a vote. I didn't even put her on the block!! Nick did!! She has absolutely ZERO reason to put me up or target me! I'm her only logical 'ally' left in the game right now, and I think she believes I'm on her side. I love that girl, but after this week, she can be the next to go. I really don't care for her fate in this game any longer. I'm just doing what I can to try to get Nick to stay another week with me so we can continue to run this game til the end. If he goes, I'll have quite a bit of scrambling to do. That's all for now. Sorry it's so much. I told you this week was crazy!!!!! Tah tah!
